That's right we achieved the 3 S's yesterday. (Sailing, Showering, & Sex) Last night the wind died down and we ended up turning the engine back on and the sails back away. Neither one of us has gotten much sleep. We are praying for the wind! Other than that we are doing well & making good head way.

For those of you that do not know, this is the first passage Paul and I are doing without crew. Everything is going well. We have been averaging 3 to 4 hour shifts each. Yesterday we put the fishing hook out. We had a bit. It was a Mahi Mahi. We saw it jump three times until we lost it. We are trying again to day, hopefully we will have better luck. Last night we crossed paths with a few tankers. Two of them we had to make contact to have them alter course. Life is good. Like Bankie Banx says, "spending quality time!"

We are off to a great start! We sailed for 7 & 1/2 hours going about 6.5 knots. As the evening came the wind died. We have now been motoring for about 12 hours with only 3 knots of wind. Paul & I are making sure we are getting our rest, which reminds me it is time for him to sleep!

 Happy Holidays everyone!  Enjoying the warm weather down here.  Saw a green moray eel, octopus, conch, and a sting ray while snorkeling today.  No snow here, just white caps.

December 14, 2012.  We are back at Nanny Cay.  We had to file for an extension on our visa yesterday.  Now we are good in the BVI's until March 30, 2013.  We have reprovisioned and are getting ready to head back out tomorrow.  We have a few boat chores to do yet.  Like getting fuel for the first time since we have been down here and cleaning our life sling since had filled with seawater and now is mildew thru it.  I have upload new pictures to the BVI'S and Moonshadow Cuisine photo albums!
